These terms cover the Kumbi mobile app. Using the app means accepting them. How the app handles data is a separate document: the privacy policy.
Kumbi is a personal budgeting tool. It is not financial, tax or investment advice. The AI replies are informational only and can be wrong — they are produced by a language model working from the figures you have entered. Do not base money decisions on them; talk to a qualified adviser when it matters.
The only copy of your records is on your phone. Backing it up is your responsibility, and Settings can export the lot as a file. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the phone loses the records with it.
The free plan includes a monthly AI allowance with daily limits. Premium removes the monthly cap and raises the daily allowance; the current figures are shown in the app before you buy.
Premium is billed through your Google Play account and renews until you cancel. You manage or cancel it in your Play subscription settings, not in Kumbi — we cannot start, stop or refund a subscription on your behalf. Prices are set per country and shown by Play in your own currency before purchase.
The AI features run on paid third-party models, so the allowances are real limits rather than a formality. Do not call the API outside the app, work around the allowance, or automate requests. Accounts or devices doing so can be cut off from the AI features.
The app is provided as is. The AI features depend on third-party model providers and can be slow or unavailable; everything that does not need them — recording spending, bills, debts and reports — keeps working offline.
These terms can change as the app does. The date at the top says when they last did.

Ücretsiz plan aylık bir yapay zekâ kullanım hakkı ve günlük sınırlar içerir. Premium aylık sınırı kaldırır ve günlük hakkı yükseltir; güncel rakamlar satın almadan önce uygulamada yazar.
Premium, Google Play hesabın üzerinden faturalanır ve sen iptal edene kadar yenilenir. Aboneliği Kumbi'den değil, Play abonelik ayarlarından yönetir veya iptal edersin — bizim senin adına abonelik başlatma, durdurma veya iade etme imkânımız yok. Fiyatlar ülkeye göre belirlenir ve satın almadan önce Play tarafından kendi para biriminde gösterilir.
Yapay zekâ özellikleri ücretli üçüncü taraf modeller üzerinde çalışıyor, yani kullanım hakları formalite değil gerçek sınırlar. API'yi uygulama dışından çağırma, hakkı aşmaya çalışma, istekleri otomatikleştirme. Bunu yapan hesap veya cihazların yapay zekâ özelliklerine erişimi kesilebilir.
Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Yapay zekâ özellikleri üçüncü taraf model sağlayıcılarına bağlıdır ve yavaşlayabilir ya da erişilemez olabilir; onlara ihtiyaç duymayan her şey — harcama, fatura, borç kaydı ve raporlar — çevrimdışı çalışmaya devam eder.
Uygulama değiştikçe bu şartlar da değişebilir. En üstteki tarih en son ne zaman değiştiğini söyler.
